Hall Rental Rates

SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

Upper Floor…………………………………………………………….…$150.00  deposit
($150.00 is returned if there is no damage, the Hall is      300.00  rent  
cleaned properly, & the rental is determined to be an      $450.00  total
appropriate function within our policy).


Lower Floor………………………………………………………………$150.00  deposit
($150.00 is returned if there is no damage, the Hall is     300.00  rent
cleaned properly, & the rental is determined to be an     $450.00   total
appropriate function within our policy).


Both Floors……………………………………………………………….$200.00  deposit
($200.00 returned if there is no damage, the Hall is  425.00  rent
cleaned properly, & the rental is determined to be an     $625.00   total
appropriate function within our policy.



SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

Lower Floor Only…………………………………………………….…..$150.00  deposit
Limit of 50 people – ($150.00 is returned if there is no      150.00  rent
damage and cleaned properly).               $300.00  total



UNION RELATED ACTIVITIES

Upper or Lower Floors……………………………………………….......$50.00  deposit
($50.00 returned if  no damage and cleaned properly).


OTHER

Other Union Meeting – lease basis (12 mo.) Mon – Thurs. only…….$50.00  per meeting


Funeral Luncheon……………………………………………………………No Charge
(Must be cleaned after use by the person renting) Each floor seats 150 banquet style, 180 including the dance floor.

As of 11-6-92, Holiday Rentals are allowed only if we can find a Hall Attendant willing to cover the event.  Major Holidays are: Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, and Thanksgiving Day.


As of 3-17-05, Date must be reserved 14 days prior to date of event (contingent upon our ability to schedule a Hall Attendant for the event).  Rent and deposit must be paid in full at time of reservation.

*Note:  The stated deposit is required to hold the reservation.  The total payment is due 30 days prior to the event to hold the reservation.
